    We bring the bar to weddings on the Amalfi Coast, in Capri and all over Italy, with designer counters and cocktails mixed to order. Signature drinks start from the couple's own tastes, and the bar stations are planned around the rhythm of the party. From the first glass to the last round of the night.

Before you ask for a quote

How much does a wedding open bar cost?

For events in Campania, the open bar usually runs from €20 to €30 per person for the Standard level, from €25 to €35 for Premium and from €30 to €45 for Luxury. These are indicative values, not fixed rates: the quote depends on the venue, number of guests, hours of service and spirits chosen. For events elsewhere in Italy, travel and logistics are also taken into account. Read our guide to wedding bar costs in Italy

Is there a minimum number of guests?

No, there is no minimum. We bring the bar to private parties with just a few guests and to weddings with hundreds: every quote is built around your event.

How far ahead should we book the bar for our wedding?

For a wedding, it is best to secure the date 8 to 12 months ahead, especially in high season. For corporate events and private parties, 3 to 4 weeks is often enough.

How many bartenders do we need for 100 guests?

On average one bartender for every 60 guests: for 100 guests, two, for fast and complete service. Barbacks work alongside them, restocking the bar and collecting glasses, together with the floor staff.

Do you bring everything?

Usually, yes: the bar counter, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice, glassware, fresh fruit, bar lighting, uniformed staff, transport, set-up and breakdown. Every quote is still adapted to the event.

Can we hire just the bar counter?

Yes, our bar counters can also be hired without the bar service. The price depends on the model, the length of hire, transport and set-up: write to us and we will prepare a quote.

Do your staff speak English?

Yes, our staff speak English. If some of your guests are travelling from abroad, mention it in your request and we will put the team together accordingly.

How soon will we receive a quote?

Within 24 hours of your request. To prepare it, we need the date, the venue, the number of guests and the type of event.

Do you also work in the rest of Italy?

Yes, we work all over Italy. We travel from Naples with the counter, the team and everything needed: transport, set-up and breakdown are included in the quote.

Open bar or consumption bar?

We usually work with an open bar, priced per person: guests do not have to think about paying and the service keeps flowing. On some occasions we can also run a consumption bar, where the host pays for what is served: let's talk it over.

How many hours of service does the open bar include?

Usually 5 to 6 hours of service. If the party runs longer, we take it into account in the quote.

Our venue has no bar: can you bring one?

Yes. We bring the complete bar, from the counter to the glassware, and set it up wherever it is needed: in a villa, in a garden or on a terrace.
