How we work

The bar for your party, from the garden to a yacht

  • No minimum number of guests

    The bar is scaled to the party, for thirty guests as for three hundred. On average one bartender for every 60 guests, with barbacks keeping the counter stocked and floor staff collecting glasses.

  • From the garden to a yacht

    We bring the cocktail bar wherever it is needed, from the garden of a private house to a yacht, with the same care in the service. The counter is either the Boiserie Classic, in five finishes, or the Nao Bespoke, designed from scratch.

  • The drink of the party

    For a birthday, an anniversary or a graduation, the signature drink is created in our lab, starting from the theme of the party.

  • Just the bartenders, at your home

    In a house that is already equipped, with the drinks and the ice bought by you, we can come with the bartenders alone: we work it out together. There is no minimum number of hours and no minimum spend.

The open bar for a private party: three levels

The open bar comes in three levels, which differ in the spirits, the mixers and the cocktail menu. The ranges below are indicative values and apply to events in Campania, the region that includes Naples, the Amalfi Coast and Capri.

  • Standard

    from€20 to €30per person

    Cocktails
    The great classics: gin and tonic, Americano, Spritz, Negroni. Served in glass.
    Spirits
    Moskovskaya vodka, Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray gin, Bacardi rum, Jose Cuervo tequila, Jim Beam whiskey. For the aperitivo: Aperol, Martini Rosso and Bitter, Prosecco.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Schweppes, Coca-Cola, Lemonsoda, Red Bull and Yoga juices.

  • Premium

    from€25 to €35per person

    Cocktails
    The classics and signature drinks. Served in glass.
    Spirits
    Grey Goose vodka, Hendrick's, Gin Mare and Tanqueray gin, Patrón Silver and Casamigos tequila, Havana Club 7 rum, Maker's Mark whiskey, St-Germain liqueur.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Fever-Tree and Schweppes in glass bottles, organic juices, syrups made in our lab.

  • Luxury

    from€30 to €45per person

    Cocktails
    A cocktail menu created for the event, ice stamped with your logo or monogram, finer glassware, exotic garnishes and edible flowers.
    Spirits
    Belvedere vodka, Monkey 47 and Ki No Bi gin, Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul tequila, Zacapa 23 rum, single malt whisky and Nikka, reserve amari.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Botanical tonics and craft sodas.

These are indicative values, not fixed rates: the quote depends on the venue, number of guests, hours of service and spirits chosen. For events elsewhere in Italy, travel and logistics are also taken into account. We reply to every quote request within 24 hours.

Private party bar questions

  • How much does an open bar cost for a private party?

    For events in Campania, the open bar usually runs from €20 to €30 per person for the Standard level, from €25 to €35 for Premium and from €30 to €45 for Luxury. These are indicative values, not fixed rates: the quote depends on the venue, number of guests, hours of service and spirits chosen. For events elsewhere in Italy, travel and logistics are also taken into account.

  • Is there a minimum number of guests?

    No, there is no minimum. We bring the bar to private parties with just a few guests and to weddings with hundreds: every quote is built around your event.

  • How far in advance should we book the bar for a party?

    Usually 3 to 4 weeks before. If your date is sooner, write to us anyway: we reply to every quote request within 24 hours.

  • Open bar or consumption bar?

    We usually work with an open bar, priced per person: guests do not have to think about paying and the service keeps flowing. On some occasions we can also run a consumption bar, where the host pays for what is served: let's talk it over.

  • Can we add extras to the bar?

    Yes: the espresso martini tower, the bar cart, the spritz fountain, the shot corner and the others. They are added to the quote.
