How we work

A bar for conventions, trade fairs and company evenings

  • Bartenders and stations

    On average one bartender for every 60 guests: for 300 guests, five. Barbacks work alongside them, keeping the counter stocked, and floor staff collect glasses among the guests.

  • Your company brand

    With the Nao Bespoke we design the counter from scratch, and it can carry your brand. The cocktail menu is printed in the graphic style of the company, and in the Luxury level the ice is stamped with your logo. The signature drink can be created in our lab, from the theme of the event.

  • English-speaking staff

    Our staff speak English, for when clients and colleagues travelling from abroad are among your guests.

  • From Naples to Rome and Milan

    We are based in Naples and work all over Italy, Rome and Milan included. We take care of transport, set-up and breakdown: when the guests arrive, the bar is ready. For events outside Campania, the quote also takes travel and logistics into account.

The corporate open bar: three levels

The open bar comes in three levels, which differ in the spirits, the mixers and the cocktail menu. The ranges below are indicative values and apply to events in Campania, the region that includes Naples, the Amalfi Coast and Capri.

  • Standard

    Cocktails
    The great classics: gin and tonic, Americano, Spritz, Negroni. Served in glass.
    Spirits
    Moskovskaya vodka, Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray gin, Bacardi rum, Jose Cuervo tequila, Jim Beam whiskey. For the aperitivo: Aperol, Martini Rosso and Bitter, Prosecco.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Schweppes, Coca-Cola, Lemonsoda, Red Bull and Yoga juices.

  • Premium

    from€25 to €35per person

    Cocktails
    The classics and signature drinks. Served in glass.
    Spirits
    Grey Goose vodka, Hendrick's, Gin Mare and Tanqueray gin, Patrón Silver and Casamigos tequila, Havana Club 7 rum, Maker's Mark whiskey, St-Germain liqueur.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Fever-Tree and Schweppes in glass bottles, organic juices, syrups made in our lab.

  • Luxury

    from€30 to €45per person

    Cocktails
    A cocktail menu created for the event, ice stamped with your logo or monogram, finer glassware, exotic garnishes and edible flowers.
    Spirits
    Belvedere vodka, Monkey 47 and Ki No Bi gin, Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul tequila, Zacapa 23 rum, single malt whisky and Nikka, reserve amari.
    Tonics and soft drinks
    Botanical tonics and craft sodas.

  • How much does an open bar cost for a corporate event?

    For events in Campania, the open bar usually runs from €20 to €30 per person for the Standard level, from €25 to €35 for Premium and from €30 to €45 for Luxury. These are indicative values, not fixed rates: the quote depends on the venue, number of guests, hours of service and spirits chosen. For events elsewhere in Italy, travel and logistics are also taken into account.

  • How far in advance should we book the bar for a corporate event?

    Usually 3 to 4 weeks is enough. If your date is sooner, write to us anyway: we reply to every quote request within 24 hours.

  • How many bartenders does a corporate event need?

    On average one for every 60 guests, with barbacks and floor staff. For 300 guests, that means five bartenders. The exact number depends on the bar stations the event needs.

  • Can the bar counter carry the company logo?

    Yes. The Nao Bespoke is designed from scratch and can carry your brand, and in the Luxury level the ice is stamped with your logo.

  • Do you also work in the rest of Italy?

    Yes, we work all over Italy. We travel from Naples with the counter, the team and everything needed: transport, set-up and breakdown are included in the quote.
