Who processes the data

The data controller is GAMER SERVICE S.r.l.s., the company that runs the Nao Bar Catering brand: registered office at Corso Avezzana 39, 80059 Torre del Greco (NA), VAT number and tax code 10937011210, REA NA-1143176.

For any question about this notice, or to exercise your rights, write to info@naobarcatering.com.

We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO): for a business like ours it is not mandatory.

Which data

• The data you write in the form: type of event, date, place, number of guests, the extras you are interested in, first name and surname, email and, if you wish, phone number and message.
• The data you send us by email, if you write to us directly.
• The data you send us on WhatsApp, if you write to us there.
• Technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser type, which the server records on its own when you open a page.

A quote does not need health data or other special categories of data: if they are not necessary, do not write them in your message.

Why we use them

To reply to your request and prepare the quote. If the quote becomes a booking, the same data are used to organise the event and for legal obligations, such as invoices.

Technical data are used to make the website work and to keep it secure.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not sell them. No profiling and no automated decisions: every request is read by a person.

On what legal basis

Replying to a quote request is a pre-contractual measure taken at your request: this is the basis set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. That is why the box in the form confirms that you have read this notice, and is not consent.

For technical data the basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f)).

The required fields in the form are the ones needed to prepare the quote: without them, we cannot reply to you. Date, extras, phone number and message are optional.

For how long

• If the quote does not become a booking, we keep the request and the emails we have exchanged for 24 months from the last contact, then we delete them.
• If it becomes a booking, the contract and invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• Technical logs are kept by Vercel, for the short period set by its service.

Who receives them

The people at Nao who handle quotes, who are bound by confidentiality.

And the providers we use for the website and for email, which process the data on our behalf as data processors (Article 28 of the GDPR):

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website;
• Resend, which sends the emails from the form;
• WhatsApp, part of the Meta group, if you write to us on WhatsApp;
• Microsoft, which manages the info@naobarcatering.com mailbox, and Google, which manages the Gmail mailbox where a copy arrives: that is where we receive requests.

We do not disseminate your data and we do not pass them on to others.

Outside the European Union

Vercel, Resend, Microsoft, Google and Meta, which owns WhatsApp, are United States companies, and the data may also be processed there. The transfer takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46 of the GDPR), which are part of the contracts with these providers.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to see your data, correct them, delete them, restrict their use, receive them in a readable format or object to the processing (Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR). Just send an email to info@naobarcatering.com: we reply within one month, as the law provides.

If you think we are processing your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools: that is why you do not see a cookie banner. Fonts and videos are hosted together with the website, so when you open a page your browser does not contact any service other than the one that hosts the website.

Changes

If anything changes, for example a new provider, we update this page and the date at the top.
