How we plan the bar for an Amalfi Coast elopement
The whole bar, or just the bartenders
For a small group we can bring the complete bar, from the counter to the glassware, or send the bartenders on their own if the villa already has its bottles and glasses. Tell us what the house holds and we will say which of the two makes sense.
A flat fee, not a price per person
The per-person ranges further down this page are written for large events in Campania. For twelve guests they say nothing useful. For a small group, and for a venue far from Naples, we quote a single figure instead: the team, what goes behind the bar and the journey, all in one number agreed before the day.
Alongside your caterer or wedding planner
A small wedding usually already has a caterer or a planner, and they often bring the glassware and the ice. We work next to them. We agree beforehand on who brings what, so that nothing arrives twice and nothing is missing at seven in the evening.
Getting the bar up to the villa
The Amalfi Coast is narrow roads, flights of steps and restricted traffic zones. Send us the address and we work out how the counter and the crates reach the house, and how long it takes. It belongs in the quote, not in the surprises of the day.

Our staff speak English, so you can write to us in English and talk to the people behind the bar in your own language. We reply to every quote request within 24 hours, and to prepare it we need the date, the villa and how many of you there are.

The open bar comes in three levels, which differ in the spirits, the mixers and the cocktail menu. The ranges below are indicative values and apply to events in Campania, the region that includes Naples, the Amalfi Coast and Capri.

- The classics and signature drinks. Served in glass.

- Grey Goose vodka, Hendrick's, Gin Mare and Tanqueray gin, Patrón Silver and Casamigos tequila, Havana Club 7 rum, Maker's Mark whiskey, St-Germain liqueur.

- Fever-Tree and Schweppes in glass bottles, organic juices, syrups made in our lab.
Luxury
from€30 to €45per person

- A cocktail menu created for the event, ice stamped with your logo or monogram, finer glassware, exotic garnishes and edible flowers.

- Belvedere vodka, Monkey 47 and Ki No Bi gin, Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul tequila, Zacapa 23 rum, single malt whisky and Nikka, reserve amari.
- Tonics and soft drinks
- Botanical tonics and craft sodas.

How much does the open bar cost per person?
For events in Campania, the open bar usually runs from €20 to €30 per person for the Standard level, from €25 to €35 for Premium and from €30 to €45 for Luxury. These are indicative values, not fixed rates: the quote depends on the venue, number of guests, hours of service and spirits chosen. For events elsewhere in Italy, travel and logistics are also taken into account.

No. Below a certain size a price per person stops meaning anything, so we quote a flat fee: one figure for the bartenders, the drinks, the equipment and the journey to your villa. Send us the date, the address and how many you are, and you will have it within 24 hours.
Can we hire bartenders without the bar counter?
Yes. If the villa already has the bottles, the ice and the glassware, the bartenders can come on their own. If it has none of it, we bring the whole bar. Either way it is the same service we run at a wedding of two hundred, at the size of yours.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No, there is no minimum. We bring the bar to private parties with just a few guests and to weddings with hundreds: every quote is built around your event.
Do your staff speak English?
Yes, our staff speak English. If some of your guests are travelling from abroad, mention it in your request and we will put the team together accordingly.
