The cocktail you eat: jellies and fresh fruit carrying the flavours of the drink.
The side is the cocktail in one mouthful. It can be a jelly that tastes of the drink, cut into cubes with a wedge of lime, or fresh fruit, such as watermelon, that soaks up the cocktail and is picked up with a stick.
We serve it alongside the signature cocktails.
